PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

I bring over 30 years of project management experience honed with discriminating owners to the task of individual property management.  I rely on a group of vetted trades, many of whom I have worked with for over a decade, who provide complete and comprehensive maintenance and repair services at my direction and under my supervision.

Many of my clients have had successful careers and place a high value on privacy and confidentiality. Resting in the knowledge that the person assigned the task of being steward of their properties is reliable, capable, discreet, and trustworthy is of paramount concern.  It is a source of great personal pride that these individuals, who know me so well, entrust me with managing their properties. Typically my clients own multiple properties in various parts of the country.  They rely on me to facilitate ease of operation and maintenance free living.  Anticipating the flow of their lives with the change of seasons, my objective is to have my clients move from one property to another as seamlessly as possible, much the way a dedicated yacht’s crew anticipates and prepares for the owners arrival at port. 

The first step of the process has me perform an initial comprehensive inspection of the interior/exterior of the home, and an in-depth interview of the homeowner to better understand the family’s particular needs. The homeowner’s services are customized, but always include, minimally, scheduled property visits and checklist reviews performed on a periodic basis, as well as complete management of the property’s systems operation,  all tailored upon the season and the client’s schedule. 

The goal is to keep the clients home as new as the day they moved in, and to ensure that property maintenance, repair and preservation occurs in a proactive manner, truly protecting and enhancing their investment.
